Ambitious urban plan for the development of 7.879 households and mor than 88.000 square meters of equipment with 271.122 square meters of green areas. Fragmented in 5 independent units to develop the urban plan in phases.
A segregation of typologies is carried out depending on the height of the buildings increasing the density from outside to inside. A large volume of vegetation is spread over the wide spaces between the buildings and a large green corridor is generated that acts as the central axis of the project.
