ARQVI Study is made up of a team of architects who use design and information technology tools to solve the needs of projects and create solutions for our clients. Founded in 2007 by the architects Ismael Dris Martínez de Tejada and Javier Fernández Adarve with the addition of Rubén García Matín in 2022, there are signs of identity such us the commitment to our work, with our clients, and the contribution of contemporary design ideas in relation to the needs of the promoter and environment in which the project is located considering sustainability and efficiency, and always using the best Architectural 3D Visualization tools. We offer Visualization also as a service to other professionals, as well as for developers or real estate agents to create photorealistic virtual models to show their projects for clients or contests.
Experience
With more than eleven years of experience, the study has developed projects of all types and budgets. Architecture and urban planning. We are passionate about both a small rehabilitation and a new construction, from a technological or logistic building to a small house, our involvement and dedication is maximum always with the aim of satisfying the expectations of our customers by contributing our added values, design, efficiency, quality and image, in each project. The satisfaction of our customers supports and pushes us to continue with our way of getting involved and giving everything for their projects.

We start working on design, developing technical documentation of projects, coordination and general administration on site of the entire project. All the process is controlled by the most advanced technologies for project control and 3D visualization, facilitating commercial and sales management We collaborate with the best companies and specialized professionals of the sector in each field (technical architecture, facilities, urban planning, construction), in this way we can offer a comprehensive, complete and quality service to our clients, always with the direction and coordination of our team , from the idea and the initial sketch to the delivery of the finished work.
